Update: 30 day challenge!

Hi dolls! I know I was supposed to update at day 10 but with us in the process of moving it has been absolutely crazy!!! But I am down 8 POUNDS! I'm so happy! I have completely cut out soda and fast food! I don't even have the urge to have any of it. I feel so much better and I can feel my body changing and it's amazing! I'm still in the process of getting an exercise schedule down but hopefully after we move it will be easier. Here is an updated picture! Can't wait till the end to see all the changes!! =) Thank you all for so much support!! It really helps!


  1. You go girl! You are beautiful at any size, but being healthy and eating right is definitely the best thing for your body. Yay for you!

  2. 8 lbs! That's great! Good luck on finding a good exercise routine. If you go to the gym and they have a stairmaster, you should give it a chance. I sweat like crazy within the first 5 minutes. It's a great workout machine. It's also really boring...
